This hotel is perfectly located just outside of Florence's city centre, in the hills overlooking the city. The rooms are beautiful with stunning painted ceilings and lovely large bathrooms. The service is exceptional, with the receptionist personally meeting guests upon arrival. The staff go above and beyond, offering welcome drinks and a shuttle bus service to town. The rooftop terrace offers breathtaking views. The pool is divine and the spa is a nice addition.

The hotel could improve on the small things, such as ensuring tea by the pool is delivered with milk or lemon.

The interior design and decoration of common facilities, hallways, and rooms is marvelous. The outdoor restaurant provides a nice view overlooking the swimming pool. The rooms have interesting views overlooking the garden. The staff were helpful in providing information and suggestions.

We had an amazing stay at a fine hotel that provided a true oasis of calm and relaxation. The location, close to the Boboli gardens, allowed us to escape the crowds of tourists while still being within easy reach of the main center of Florence. The pool was a highlight, with plenty of sun loungers and complimentary refreshments. Our room was immaculate and tastefully decorated, offering a serene retreat. Breakfast on the balcony was a treat, with a delicious selection of food. I highly recommend this hotel for a luxurious and tranquil experience.

The staff were attentive during my Christmas stay. They took care of every detail to make my stay comfortable. The food at the hotel was excellent, and I enjoyed every meal. The hotel also had a very comfortable bed, ensuring a good night's sleep.

The lighting in my room could have been improved. The bedside lights were fine for reading, but it would have been better to have a ceiling light to brighten up the room.

This hotel provided a luxurious experience that exceeded our expectations. the exclusive amenities, including the outdoor swimming pool and spa treatments, fulfilled our needs. the massage and facial were both exceptional, leaving us feeling rejuvenated.

The only minor issue was the location. Although the hotel is in a peaceful area, it was a bit of a walk to reach the city center.
